All Doula Services Include
¨ 2-3 Prenatal Appointments (Scheduled during 3rd trimester).
¨ Labor and Delivery – constant and consistent support for both mother and partner.
¨ 2-3 Hours Postpartum in hospital – to establish breastfeeding and answer any immediate questions.
¨ Postpartum visit 3-5 days after birth.
- Additional Postpartum visit as needed, scheduled with your Primary Doula.
¨ 1 year of contact as referral service, postpartum support, etc. (Until Baby’s first birthday).
¨ Birth story.

At Birth Advocate we always work with a back-up doula. We recommend that clients meet with the back-up doula prior to their due date in case she is the doula attending the birth.
